Our client is an international IT company, one of the best and fastest growing online HR Software service provider, to expand its activities and staff, announces a competition for a vacancy: Finance Manager, Kyiv
Main responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact both internally and externally for any billing-related issues and ensure customer-specific billing requirements are consistently handled;
- Evaluate, prioritize, and resolve inbound customer queries;
- Work closely and collaborate with accounting and legal representatives in the company;
- Evaluate current process flows and streamline billing processes to drive efficiency and accuracy;
- Function as the Project Manager for any Accounting and Payroll systems conversion and implementation projects;
- Assist and prepare reports on income statements, balance sheets, cash flow projections, and other financial data;
- Research tax and financial obligations in current and new markets targeted for expansion;
- Make recommendations of improvement/automation of current processes to the senior leadership team;
- Perform a deep analysis of all expenditures. Identify opportunities to scale back costs, eliminate redundancies, optimize supplies, equipment, and assets, and improve the terms of purchase and service contracts;
- Champion and support the company’s mission, vision, and values.
Main requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT industry;
- Higher education in Accounting or Finance is preferred;
- Knowledge of accounting principles, media and technology industry, technical aspects of billing, and technical language in contracts, including SaaS agreements are preferred;
- Ability to work independently and with a team; effectively interact with employees, including leadership, and clients in a professional deadline-driven environment;
- Strong organization and communication skills;
- Professional ethics, trustworthiness, and integrity are of utmost importance;
- English level - Upper Intermediate+
