IT Recruitment Assistant

IT Recruitment Assistant will become a member of a professional and motivated team. We are open to new ideas and improvements. We want you to become a part of our team.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Documents software packages (advanced user in formatting and formulas)

• Ability to work with a lot of information and constant updates. Tracking information in spreadsheets and other documents

• Multitasking skills and great attention to details. Strong interpersonal and time management skills. Readiness to work intensively.

• High-level written and verbal communication skills. Business correspondence skills

• Analytical and logical mindset

• Ability to think creatively

• Intermediate English 

Wil be a plus:

• Experience in using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting

• Experience in working with Outlook

• Content Marketing experience

• Readiness and ability to start work in the near future 

• Completed IT Recruiting or Content Writing courses 

 Responsibilities:

• Work with Google docs (update, creation, structuring) 

• Ensuring all information is accurately reflected and all Recruitment documentation

• Verification, update, and maintenance of documentation, including training, Statistical reporting, its visualization 

• Update of actual vacancies on the working sites and other resources 

• Communication with third-party vendors (recruiting agencies) and cooperation with them

• Participation in Team meetings

• Recruitment TL and IT recruiters' team support

• Searching for and creating required content for social media

• Administrative tasks
