Financial & Services Excellence Specialist

BASF in Ukraine, the world's largest chemical company with HQ in Germany, is happy to invite talented and goal-oriented professionals to fill the position of Financial & Services Excellence Specialist.

Main tasks & responsibilities

• Coordinate internally and externally all contract management processes
• Coordinate internally and externally all product allocation matters
• Establish clear data basis for transparent KPI measurement across all sales relevant data sources
• Development and execution of sales effectiveness program including improvement measurements
• Development and implementation of financial tools to foster sales
• Explore various collaboration opportunities with other agro suppliers to promote sales
• Monitoring and exploration of all existing financing programs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with various banks products
• University Degree (Marketing, Business, Economy) or other related discipline 
• Sharp analytical and commercials skills
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken
• Sound communication skills
• Professional level of computer literacy
• Profound sales processes and sales force effectiveness functional expertise
• Basic understanding of Agro and Crop Protection market
• Strategic thinking, Analytical skills, Multi-tasking
• Team –player working style
