Security engineer (IRC117908)

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Security engineer to join its Kyiv office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Security, Mathematics or Computer Science.
• Practical experience with software penetration testing and security assessment.
• Hands-on experience with assessment tools (Burp Suite or ZAP, nmap, Nessus, Metasploit, sqlmap, etc.)
• Understanding web application security vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10)
• Understanding information security concepts (security controls, vulnerability, exploitation, etc.)
• Windows OS administration concepts knowledge.
• Linux OS administration concepts knowledge.
• Understanding networking fundamentals (IP addressing, routing, TCP/IP protocol suite).
• Python and bash scripting experience.

Optional Requirements:

• Experience in reverse engineering and binary exploitation
• Experience with AWS technologies and other cloud technologies
• Experience with OIDC, OAuth2, SAML
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience in static code analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Provide application security expertise to customer project delivery teams throughout the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
• Discovery vulnerabilities and provide recommendations to developers for remediation.
• Perform security audits on internal projects.
• Perform vulnerability assessment.
• Automate vulnerability management and assessment processes.
