Marketing assistant

The rapidly expanding team includes more than 500+ highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), Saint John (Canada), and Bridgewater, NJ (USA).

Role description:

The marketing and communication assistant is entrusted with various tasks. He thus provides valuable help for the whole managerial team thanks to his sense of adaptation and his varied skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise schedules and agendas of his related, and organization of meetings
• Track and audit budget and expenses
• Support teams on projects: helping to document the team's projects, managing event logistics, reviving team’s stakeholders.
• Manages Knowledge bases and promotional materials storage
• Ensures the diffusion of information to relevant contacts
• Manages and coordinates providers carries out and updates reporting indicators dashboards
• Manages logistics of events organized by the department
• Select relevant media press reviews

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• Master computer tools (office 365 full pack)
• Good knowledge of marketing & communication
• Good sense of synthesis and analysis
• Graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
• Good relationship skills
• Compassionate communication
• Rigorous and organized
• Good sense of solving problems
