Junior IT-Sales Manager (Lead Generation)

We’re looking for a passionate junior sales, who’s eager to learn and grow to become a sales shark one day.

At the core of our services is DevOps and Cloud engineering.

At the moment we need to power up our Upwork outreach.

With future opportunities to work with LinkedIn and email campaigns.

We have sales, marketing and growth teams working towards reaching new revenue goals. Sales team will guide you along your journey giving feedback and making sure you grow professionally.

Требования:

• At least 6 months of experience working with Upwork
• Understanding decision making process in startups and mid sized companies
• Upper-intermediate written and spoken English
• Understanding deal cycle process
• Experience communicating with engineering team to prepare estimates/proposals

Будет плюсом:

• Experience with outbound campaigns for LinkedIn and/or Email
• Experience making discovery calls with leads

Обязанности:

• Write creative and eye-catching cover letters on Upwork
• Earn commision from closed deals
• Communicate closely with senior sales to receive feedback
• Make the initial contact and convert leads to calls with senior sales
• Learn the world of DevOps and Cloud engineering
• Communicate with engineering team to answer technical questions and prepare estimates
• In some time start making steps towards other sales channels like LinkedIn and email.
• Use the latest sales tools to boost productivity
