Bayer Ltd, a leading multinational company, is opening a position of 

Customer Operations Specialist (outsourced position)

Major tasks and responsibilities: 

  • Ensure timely follow up and resolution of order and invoicing issues and system bugs as well as process improvements related to our business in Ukraine
  • Support the design of customer centric ordering, invoicing, collection and returns procedures and tools that ensure sales effectiveness 
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Systems and Finance on the development and delivery of the necessary systems and applications to manage the OTC end-to-end cycles.
  • Support key processes such as dealer commissions and payments, claims and returns, marketing programs and any other type of adjustments.
  • Be well-versed in our products, our go-to-market strategy, and the compliance and regulatory issues of our product lines to ensure plan design is within constraints.
  • Document and maintain oversight of controls, processes and procedures.
  • Build ad-hoc reports in Salesforce to address the needs of Operations, Sales and Support teams.

Qualifications and requirments:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an excellent record
  • 3-5 years total experience, with minimum 2 years in Sales Operations or Logistics
  • Experience with working in SAP and/or Salesforce
  • Fluent English is mandatory (your knowledge will be tested during the interview) 
  • Highly analytical and hands on operations skills with the ability to see the big picture and the ability to adapt to new processes quickly as well as identify opportunities for improvement
  • Aptitude for technical report-building
  • Understanding of our customer data structure is a plus
  • Exceptional agility & problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with great organizational skills and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills – must be able to work closely with vendors, customers and key stakeholders 
  • Team player, willing to take on additional responsibilities within the team
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast paced, multi-faceted and deadline-driven environment.
