Our company is looking to hire an Office Manager to be responsible for the general operation of our office. Additionally, the Office Manager will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that office is kept neat, organized and clean at all times
Complete administrative tasks in support of the office
Administrative support for managers as needed
Coordinate Internal events, i.e. Holiday Party, Summer Picnic etc.
Participate in associate onboarding
Provide new hire paperwork to new employees for completion
Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
Creating presentations and other management-level reports as requested
Assist Human Resources Manager with data entry and record maintenance
Recruit potential employees
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in office administration
Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
Excellent organization skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Upper Intermediate English
