We are looking for talented Senior Application Support Engineer (Windows) who will participate in different operational and implementation tasks related to Application and business processes support within IT infrastructure of our Customer.
Areas of Responsibility
- Business applications and processes support
- Reproducing of dev-related tickets and dev support
- Monitoring systems setup and maintenance
- Operational tickets investigation/resolution
- SOP and Systems documentation development
- Reporting
- Other technical tasks
Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent
- Strong experience in system administration, design, implementation and maintenance of the following solutions:
- Web servers (IIS)
- Data Bases (MS SQL)
- Monitoring tools (Nagios, TIG stack, Prometheus)
- Logging tools (GrayLog, ELK Stack)
- Automation (Ansible, PowerShell)
- Basic experience with the following technologies:
- MS Windows server 2012-2019 OS and its roles (AD, DNS, IIS, TS, etc.)
- Network (TCP/IP)
- Jira ServiceDesk
- ITIL

- Well-developed ability to focus on customer demands and establish partnership relations
- Excellent analytical skills
- ability to meet deadlines
- experience in working with a team varying in personalities and psychological characteristics
- ability to demonstrate a positive approach, flexibility, and self-initiative
- Good communication skills
- Written and spoken English (Intermediate or higher)
