Head of Compliance Team

N-iX is looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Compliance team. This role will maintain the current compliance program to comply with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, PCI DSS, GDPR, privacy, and breach laws.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience and knowledge of:

• Information Security
• CISA/CISSP
• Compliance Specialist or auditor
• ISO/IEC27001, ISO/IEC 9001, PCI DSS, HIPAA
• Risk Management
• Project management
• Lead Auditor certification (desired)
• ITIL certification (desired)
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills
• English level: Upper-intermediate or higher

Responsibilities:

• Establishing, executing, and monitoring a comprehensive compliance program to comply with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, PCI DSS, GDPR, privacy, and breach laws
• Developing and maintaining information security policies, standards, guidelines, and practices; identify knowledge gaps to increase employee awareness of relevant information security practices
• Ensures all external regulatory frameworks translated into compliance policies are implemented
• Acts as liaison with department managers to communicate compliance requirements and ensure implementation of related policies, procedures, and training programs
• Evaluating and responding to new and changing appropriate international standards
• Establishing metrics and reporting framework to measure the efficiency, effectiveness, and maturity level of the program
• Manage external and internal data protection requests
