Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, generate, and develop new business prospects among corporate clients, brokers, insurance carriers from multiple sources including phone, email, and social media, inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research to introduce Flo and its offerings
  • Conduct analysis to determine prospects needs and level of interest in Flo and its offerings
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Work with the Sales Team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals
  • Manage a database of new and prospective partners and ensure all touchpoints across the organization are captured in the sales pipeline
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
  • Сommunicate consistently and effectively through organized and scheduled communication

Background of the ideal SDR:

  • Proven work experience in telemarketing and/or lead generation
  • Articulate and poised with a clear and concise communication style. An excellent spoken and written business English is a must
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate information to clients
  • Good listener preventing misunderstandings and resolving problems
  • Highly energetic, with a strong work ethic, able to work independently to deliver results in due time
  • Eager to work in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Team player
  • A well-organized, proactive, agile minded person who can resolve issues on the go with strong attention to details
  • Possesses knowledge of trends and best practices in B2B marketing
