Digital Business Assistant

We are an exciting, New York City-based startup expanding our overseas team here in Kyiv, Ukraine!

The official title for this role is Digital Assistant, meaning you will handle a number of digital tasks for our US and Western Europe-based clients!

Requirements:

• We are looking for 4-5 extremely talented and hardworking Business Associates with very strong fluency in the English language.
• You must be able to think and process information quickly and demonstrate great work effort.
• Must have a higher degree and be able to demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.
• Must be versed in general online media (email, social media, etc)
• Must be extremely hard-working, dedicated, and organized!

Duties:

Be prepared to speak a lot of English and to handle a variety of day-to-day work for senior management. These includes

• A variety of online work (database building, etc)
• Digital Marketing Tasks (email, social media)
• Schedule management
• Communicating with senior management
• Online marketing & research tasks
• A variety of other tasks (involving digital media and high-level organization/attention to detail)
