Event Manager (Yalta European Strategy and Victor Pinchuk Foundation)

Yalta European Strategy (YES) and Victor Pinchuk Foundation is looking for Event Manager.

 We are looking for someone to take responsibility for:

• Producing detailed proposals for events (including event plans and concepts, timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets);
• Developing, implementing and managing events (Supervising and coordinating of the team and suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel);
• Handling budgeting and invoicing;
• Analyzing the market of the relevant industries;
• Checking a new technology solutions;
• Logistics of guests (flights tickets, transfers, hotels booking etc)
• Development and preparation of the necessary presentation materials.
• Handling post-event reports. 

Requirements: 

• Degree in Political or Social Sciences, Public Relations, Communications (MA level or equivalent);
• Communication and marketing skills;
• ·5+ years event management experience, including experience of planning & estimations, high level and detailed estimations, roadmaps, budgets (practical experience in high-level events with 500+ persons will be a plus);
• Good leadership skills;
• Advanced English level;
• Advanced user: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel;
• Highly Organized;
• Multi-tasker;
• Proficiency in various event software;
• Expert interpersonal skills;
• Risk management experience;
• Team player, ready for overtime work as the project needs (during the high season).
