Functional Responsibilities:
- Develop and run internal and external advertisement campaigns (mass media, Internet, Life site, Job sites, social networks etc.)
- Regularly screen CV of candidates coming to the Company address. Monitor and keep updated external candidate database.
- Contact candidates, arrange interviews and conduct competency-based interview.
- Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates, managers as well based on the jobs pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies.
- Respond to enquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization’s recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies. Provide regular and ad hoc recruitment reports, feedback sessions with Line Managers.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.
Participate in other HR projects as required.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of active recruitment & HR activities.
- Working knowledge of recruitment principles & techniques.
- English - Intermediate.
