Finance Analyst, IT product company

We are looking for a Finance Analyst who will be a part of a team that plays a critical role in our business, working closely with our global management to provide clear and accurate planning and forecasting, helping to ensure the company’s success.

This role provides opportunities to broaden and deepen your skills and experience in financial analysis, control processes, management accounting, a compilation of reports, and a range of project work.

Responsibilities:

• Process and analyze all transactional information required for preparation of month-end reports, ad-hoc analysis, and reporting and supporting the month-end and year-end reporting and audit process;
• Support and assist company budget holders and non-finance colleagues, to ensure accurate and timely information is available to inform and influence decisions
• Support the management team with analysis of departmental cost performance;
• Production of the monthly financial KPI reports;
• Produce ad — hoc financial reports for senior management when required;
• Partner with both finance and non-finance teams, reporting and gaining insights on cost drivers;

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
• Two to four years of experience in a similar role;
• Experienced in extracting, manipulating, and presenting data in Excel; and the confidence to question, and follow up queries;
• Strong communication skills; able to present financial analysis and non-financial information;
• A self-starter with the ability to work unaided and to build working relationships with different teams located in different cities around the world;
• Have a strong business acumen.
