Technologist

Well established company in the City centre of Kiev looking for Technologist 

Responsibilities:

• Work on new types of alcohol
• Conducting research for beverage alcohols, rectified spirits and by-products
• Keeping technical control on fermentation, grinding and distillation
• Examining tools, equipment and premises, periodically

Requirements:

• HACCP system knowledge
• Knowledge of different varieties of yeast
• Skilled in analysing final products drawn by various excise inspectors
• Knowledge of all the new application of alcohol
• Skilled in suitable denaturants and preserving samples
• Be available to answer questions from colleagues and clients
• Provide advice on technical aspects of products
• The specifications technologist should have a graduate degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or Science
• Extensive practical experience with label regulations, specifications and artwork projects
• Must have demonstrable knowledge of food safety laws and legislative requirements for food products.
• Experience working in new product development
• Work in the beverages industry will be a plus

• Schedule 09:00—18:00 or 10:00—19:00, Mon-Fri
