Arzinger invites you to become a part of the Odesa office team on a Personal Assistant position.
Performing the role of the branch Head's Personal Assistant which includes, but is not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:
- maintaining the Head's time management, arranging meetings;
- handling phone calls and business correspondence, submissions, reports as required, monitoring deadlines and accuracy of the own and personnel tasks;
- planning and arranging business and personal trips;
- translating documents and oral conversations when necessary;
- fulfilling office work such as copying, scanning, filing, etc.;
- conducting research on different matters that the Head may request;
- performing various ad-hoc requests, both business and personal.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a personal assistant;
- university degree (a degree in law will be an advantage);
- fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must;
- good PC skills;
- excellent interpersonal skills, ability and desire to work in a multitasking environment;
- attentiveness to details, diligent and proactive attitude to work;
- readiness to overtime work and constant availability via different means of communication.
