What will you do:

• Interact with partners, senior colleagues and clients 
• Conduct legal research, support your conclusions, and incorporate them into the final product
• Draft various agreements and instruments, prepare marketing materials
• Meet with clients, taking part in our business development events

Requirements:

• Degree in law
• 2+ years of experience in private clients/tax/M&A; general knowledge on international sanctions and gambling legislation would be a benefit
• Ability to catch new skills and knowledge on the go
• Desire to understand the business of a legal firm and keen interest in businesses of our clients
• Professional fluency in oral and written English, Ukrainian and Russian is a must
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude to work and desire to excel
