Caller, Researcher (part time)

We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, and proactive Remote Research Specialist to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to call various US companies to collect information on their services and prices.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Place outbound voice and video calls and communicate with energy and enthusiasm;
• Achieve and exceed performance targets with our team;
• Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources;
• Input new data into our database.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Fluent English;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent convincing skills. Highly analytical and creative;
• Skills in primary research, interviewing and data gathering;
• Strong phone presence and capable of doing multiple calls per day;
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

Work Environment:

• Remote (at home) office environment;
• Part time employment, tentative schedule is from 20:00 till 00:00 am Kiev time.
