The department provides web hosting technical support for English-speaking customers via calls, and ticketing systems.
Mandatory Requirements:
- good written and spoken English;
- 1+ year in technical support departments (preferably experience with VoIP phone-based applications);
- good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- attention to details;
- multi-tasking capabilities;
- Technical background;
- Ukrainian citizenship (applicants with a temporary resistance permit will be rejected).
Main Responsibilities:
- Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, VoIP phone-based applications and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;
- Ability to work independently via ServiceNow ticket queue or on the phone with customer in resolving end user Telephony related issues;
- Ability to interact with internal employees and collaborate with onshore Telephony peers;
- provide excellent support to customers via phone-calls;
- create and process support tickets
