The international company developing multiple fintech products is looking for an ambitious Community Manager. 

You:

  • Are a proactive communicator and have experience as a community manager.

  • Create engaging content for community channels (Telegram, Reddit).

  • Maintain communication campaigns in community channels to align with marketing strategies.

  • Launch activities to grow the community, engage the members, and boost brand awareness.

  • Are great at storytelling and understand what it takes to shape an engaging narrative in the context of product development.

  • Build relationships with customers through active and appealing communication.

We look for someone who can:

  • Easily connect with people, and turn customer negative experiences into positive ones.

  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner and ensure a positive vibe about us.

  • Demonstrate creative and critical thinking, emotional intelligence, analytical skills. 

  • Coordinate with customer service and marketing teams to ensure brand and process consistency. 

  • Identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. posts engagement, views, comments). Monitor and report on customers’ feedback. 

  • Keep up to date with the industry trends and incorporate them into the communication with the community.

Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in brand / social / communication management roles.

  • Ability to listen, process information, work through scenarios, and come up with high-conviction decisions.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-direction, resourcefulness, commitment to deadlines, and attention to detail.

Important. Past community management experience is highly preferred. If you worked as a community manager, please submit the groups/channels you helped growing and supporting.

Understanding the cryptocurrency industry, fintech, and financial instruments is a plus but not necessary.
