Quality Manager

Booking Health GmbH is the largest international online platform for booking medical health programs worldwide.

Working conditions:

• Salary from 25 000 grn  + bonuses

• Working schedule 5/2 (Monday - Friday from 9-10.00 am to 6-7:00 pm)

About the job:

• Working with international clients
• Manage internal/external customer complaints
• Concerns communication
• handling and match patient expectations of quality support 
• Action plan implementation to avoid complaints in the future
• Act as liaison between company and customer
• Follow up and respond to customer promptly
• Professional product training. If you have no idea about the specifications of the medical tourism market yet, we will teach you. You will know everything needed for the job
• All the working processes are structured, we use a clear and comfortable functional CRM system
• You will be working in the cozy office having the fully equipped working place

Requirements:

• Negotiation and communication skills with foriegn customers 
• Female russian native speaker language 
• Advanced knowledge of English language (B2-C1)
• Customer-focus attitude
• Strong and flexible character need for work pressure with customer 
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Be able to multi-task and perform under pressure
• Skills and experience of working with clients
• microsoft office skills for paperwork
