As a member of the management team, the  Sales Manager helps Global Mediator meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years successful experience in IT or other companies in B2B industry with international exposure and understanding of complex services
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to navigate in unknown, to act in international company with different stakeholders
  • Strong ability to think strategic and make things happen
  • Strong ability to identify development opportunities contributing to innovative and profitable B2B business
  • Advanced user of CRM systems (CRM Dynamics is a plus)
  • Great networker, easily building trustful relationships
  • Team player but with ability to work autonomously without direct supervision
  • Able to execute, organise, coordinate and follow-up on project plans
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn fast and be responsive to new ideas/trends/best practices
  • Initiative and proactive approach with dedication, passion for details
  • Fluent/Advanced level of written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

  • Together with CEO, COO and Marketing design and implement a plan that expands company's customer base, ensure a stronger market presence in the less explored areas of DACH and Benelux for all company services.
  • Search, qualification, and compilation of a contact list of potential customers (especially LinkedIn and Xing) for building our Power Platform practice - as PP and Customer.
  • Plan, execute and follow up on all activities within the areas of sales of the above products and services, defining and setting up digital sales channels from scratch in close cooperation with marketing. 
  • Proactively handling all sales enquiries to maximise customer retention. Handling outbound messaging, inbound leads, enquiries and generating additional revenue via direct messaging via LinkedIn and email.
  • Create an easy, effective, and smooth customer journey for new sales directions.
  • Actively participate in defining the strategy for digital sales, as well as tools for implementation, to build out and maintain Global Mediator's sales online presence, this includes networking with potential customers in target LinkedIn groups and pre-sales activities on LinkedIn, company's presence on all professional web directories etc.
