Local Agent (French)

We’re looking for Customer Support Manager. 

Requirements:

• Fluent French (both oral and written);
• Previous experience in customer care (pref. sales experience)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Time-management skills;
• Stress resistance, ability to work in a high-loaded atmosphere.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide customer support via phone, chat and email;
• Bag reports;
• Achievement of team KPIs;

• Working with a client at the stage of sale;
  

• Following the internal regulations of the team;
• Completion of additional tasks from Lead directions.
