We are looking for talented Manager for Customer Support department with strong English, who will supervise, monitor and motivate a group of employees of up to 20 people to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization. We search for a manager who promotes positive communication, encourages healthy working environment, demonstrates flexibility and always searches for new solutions.

Our expectations:

  • Relevant managerial / supervisor / team leader experience
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Proven experience in creating processes, preparing reports and presentations, working with KPI systems, Excel and large flows of information
  • Strong leadership and communication skills (including public speaking, motivational speech etc)
  • Ability to find personal approach for each employee and maintain friendly and comfortable working environment
  • Ability to quickly learn and adjust for working changes, detail-orientation and accuracy
  • Creative approach and open view for everyday routines
  • Financial sector / markets experience will be an advantage
  • QC experience will be an advantage
  • Other languages will be an advantage (Spanish, Italian, German)

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the team of around 20 people (including Team Leaders)
  • Maintain and improve existing processes and workflows to meet business needs
  • Constantly monitoring and improving quality of the job performed
  • Assure reaching team and personal targets
  • Apply effective motivational techniques and implement tools to improve the performance of the teammates
  • Management and analysis of teams’ performance and preparing reports and presentations
  • Reporting to senior management and raising red flags for any important issues that need attention
  • Bringing new ideas and thinking outside the box
