IT Operations Coordinator

Now we register about 1000 domain names per hour, which is proven by more than 12 million registered domain names.

Now we are looking for an IT Operations Coordinator.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in technical support / technical PM / business analysis / office IT administration 

• Understanding of IT technical support processes

• Hands-on experience with task escalation, incident management, change management

• Good Knowledge of task tracking system (Jira, Redmine, or similar)

• Base knowledge about PC software and hardware, office IT Infrastructure

• Technical writing and presentation-making skills

• Excellent communication skills. Ability to explain technical solutions to demanding users

• Excellent knowledge of office software.

• Understanding of L1, L2 support operations

• English: sub-Intermediate and higher.

Will be a plus:

• Base knowledge about ITIL, ITSM, BPMN

• Understanding of Agile Methodology

• Basic Project Management skills.

• An ardent desire to learn continually and grow professionally

Responsibilities:

• Working with users requests

• Creating tasks for IT Technical Support Teams

• Coordination of tasks fulfillment

• Processing and control an e-correspondence

• Making reports

• Coordination of maintenance and downtimes  

• Control on commissioning of new user workplaces.

• Support of newcomers

• Solving complex situations with users, misunderstanding eliminating

• Writing instructions for users.

• Writing technical documentation

• Description of processes
