Requirements/Qualifications:

• Degree in Law
• Experience in law /tax law from 3 years 
• Knowledge in Ukrainian and international law, Ukrainian and international tax
• Experience in business and deal structuring, foreign and local companies incorporation, opening bank accounts (including abroad) 
• Presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluent oral and written English, Ukrainian and Russian 

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Legal support of group of companies
• Tax and legal consulting  
• International business structuring 
• Legal and tax support of start-ups and investments 
• Сonduct of legal and tax DD
• Drafting of cross-border agreements
• Bank accounts opening in Ukraine and abroad 
• Incorporation of companies in Ukraine and abroad   
• Work with non-resident partners and counterparties
