RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and managing events' calendar, project timelines
• Set up event goals to ensure event success
• Expertly drive pre-event planning meetings, including ownership of event planning documentation
• Develop event concepts
• Manage event budgets
• Coordinate logistical elements
• Engage with vendors
• Provide pre-event consultation and planning, venue selection, event flow, promotion and communication, event follow-up and reporting, etc
• Build and distribute regular pre-event status reports and post-event summary report

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of work experience in event management
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field
• Intermediate or Upper-intermediate English level, both written and spoken (B1+/B2)
• Strong organizational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Multi-tasker with strong work ethic
• Superior interpersonal skills and creativity
• Good communication skills
