Responsibilities:

• Create top-notch performance-focused designs for all types of digital ads.
• Work closely with data analysts and campaign managers to create data-driven creative ads and creative optimization cycles.
• Generate new, fresh creative ideas, based on data analysis, on a daily basis.
• Work systematically in line with the company's creative methodologies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design or comparable experience;
• Portfolio with gaming elements (arcane games, slot machines, etc.);
• 2+ years relevant experience in a gaming studio or an advertising agency;
• Video editing, motion graphics, and animation skills - an advantage;
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere;
• Experience with creative optimization methodology;
• High level of creativity and the ability to generate 10X more creative ideas than other candidates;
• Deadline oriented;
• Strong attention to detail;
• A positive, energetic leader;
• Language: English - spoken and written for communicating with us.
