 Your role:

• Conducting entrusted Category Management projects at the selected client / clients based on the Category Management process: 
  • Detailed analyzes based on available data;
  • Recommendations on the layout of the exposition, assortment, prices and promotion;
  • Presentation of the results to the client.
• Construction of planograms using specialized tools (Space Planning); coordinating the planogram implementation process, reporting the process progress.
• Conducting category reviews with the retail partner.
• Supporting the introduction of new products to the market in cooperation with Marketing and Sales Depts.
• Creating analytical tools for the needs of Category Management projects, taking care of their correct operation, modernizing, and adapting to current needs.
• Monitoring the quality and integrity of data for the purposes of Category Management to ensure their efficient processing.
• Recommendations for optimal listings from selected customers.
• Obtaining information about product changes (new brands, line extensions) and packaging changes.
• Any other legitimate and lawful activities that may contribute to the achievement of the company's goals.
• Price architecture (incl. new formats, pack prices).
• Internal customer, brand & SKU mix optimization.
• Promotional guidelines per brand & retailer.
• Investment guidelines per retailer.

Your skills:

• Excellent MS Excel skills: power pivot, power query, complex formulas, diagrams, ordinary macros.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurial and persistence attitude and drive.
• Ability to pivot from deep analytics to strategic dialogue with Henkel and External Partners.
• Ability to interact and persuade individuals at senior level and External Partners.
• Ability to interpret Market Research studies and willingness take shopper / consumer perspective in decision-making and argumentation.
• 2+ years of experience in Category Management / market analysis / NRM in FMCG field.
• English language - Upper Intermediate+.
