Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM)

Due to growing business, we are looking for enthusiastic and qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant (CRM). This position is to be involved in several ongoing projects and work with modules Sales and Marketing using Power Automate and Power BI as well.

Professional requirements:

• 1+ years of extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) platform: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Portals
• Project Operations (Project Service Automation) experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, PowerApps), Azure Functions
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, MS SQL
• Experience in technical documentation creation
• Strong understanding of the SDLC process
• Microsoft Certification will be an advantage
• Fluent knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages, Upper-Intermediate English
