Climate Change and Sustainability Services Junior Analyst / Staff

You will work with the project team with three to five consultants being responsible to collect and analyze income information in order to turn data into meaningful insights and transformative solutions, support clients to develop action plans to execute our recommendations in the field of processes transformation, business improvement and low carbon practices implementation. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Analyze and adapt reference power and utilities industry and low carbon development techniques and solutions 

• Provide data analysis to help clients solve business problems, drive value, and gain strategy by using insight from information 

• Support information intelligence, including collection, storage and processing of big arrays of information. Work as a key member of a team to adopt data from integrated enterprise-wide reporting systems for transformation and delivery. 

• Perform data analytics to help solve business challenges and achieve data reconciliation, traceability, lineage and transparency. 

• Use data analytics to provide actionable, timely and accurate data to drive business insights around process improvement, field operations and front office support, capital projects adaptation, enterprise intelligence. 

• Conduct information research, prepare management reports and participate in client interviews 

• Support the project team with analysis outcomes visualization, preparing the slide decks and presentations 

Skills and attributes for success: 

• Strong analytical, decision-making, interpersonal and communication abilities 

• A desire to work in the fast-paced CCaSS-oriented environment 

• Basic knowledge of Power and Utilities, Oil and Gas, Metals and Mining industries value chain 

• An innovative mindset coupled with strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas 

• Skilled PC user, deep knowledge and practical skills of working with MS Excel is required 

• Fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian 

To qualify for the role, you must have: 

• Degree in system analysis, mathematics, economics, physics, energy, engineering or data analytics, with a demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis 

• Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy with ability to see the overall picture 

• Be ready to travel incl. international trips and working on-site, to meet client needs. 

Ideally, you’ll also have: 

• Experience in a similar analytics role for industrial enterprise and good understanding of the relevant business processes is a major plus. 

• Familiarity with a broad base of advanced analytics tools/applications
