SMM Manager with content writing skills

Crystal Logic is looking for an SMM Manager with content writing skills for our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & blog on our website.

Top requirements: experience in SMM for IT & content writing, and excellent English & Ukrainian.

Our great emphasis is on content writing because it is crucial to our business today to post long texts with our expertise together with short posts on our social media. We look for someone with a creative and interesting writing style, so we would appreciate it if you could share your portfolio with us.

We’re located in Lviv and would love you to join us in our office. 

This position is an excellent fit for an SMM manager interested in developing his or her IT content writing skills. 

SMM:

Today, our SMM and Lead Generation departments cooperate closely implementing the business strategy. 

Consequently, the SMM manager would have to write posts related to our main domains: food delivery, blockchain, e-commerce, and fintech.

In our social media, we uncover different aspects of our company’s life for different target audiences, so the posts’ tone will naturally range from friendlier to more official, affecting the posts’ topics accordingly.

The expected posting frequency is two posts per week for each of our social media (Inst, FB, LinkedIn). Some of them will be in Ukrainian, some - in English.

Content writing:

To set the right corporate image, our founders post case studies and articles in English on their LinkedIn profiles. You will receive a structured question-answer draft from them, and your task would be to rewrite it creatively, forming a well-written piece of expertise. 

You’ll also write medium-length English posts on general topics from our domains food delivery, blockchain, e-commerce, and fintech. This task requires digging into the topic, getting in touch with the terminology and basic processes. 

We plan to create ~6 such extensive texts per month. Surely, we’ll gladly help you if any blockers occur. 

Responsibilities:

• Developing the SMM strategy;

• Forming the content-plan for each of the social media;

• Writing posts, articles, and case studies;

• Working with our designer on the visuals;

• Running quarterly advertising campaigns and setting targeted adverts for vacancies;

• Cooperating with other team members in implementing the business strategy.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in SMM for IT;

• Excellent English and Ukrainian;

• An exciting and catchy writing style is crucial; 

• Experience in writing long texts;

• Analytical and critical thinking;

• Researching and fact-checking skills;

• Independence and good self-management skills.
