Purpose:
As a Customer Support Expert on the 2nd level, you will deliver personalized, high-quality support for our clients that face complex functional and technical incidents.
Key Accountabilities:
- Acknowledge, investigate and recover incidents within service levels agreements
- Respond to Amadeus customers questions concerning Amadeus Products and Solutions (functionality, application, interactions between different solution components)
- Escalate incidents outside the scope of team competencies to 3rd level resolver groups within Amadeus or to external service providers and follow-up
- Provide updates to Amadeus customers on the status of incidents
- Represent the Customer Support as a functional expert in internal meetings with colleagues from Europe, Asia, and America
- Analyze complex system logs in the different standard formats of structured information (Edifact, XML, JSON) (all the necessary training will be provided)
- Provide premium support services and collaborate with internal account teams

- Functional knowledge of Amadeus

- Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously as well as to work under time pressure
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of complex system logs (Edifact, XML, JSON)
