Roles:
- Point of contact for client support

Main responsibilities:
Support
- Level 1 user support by Email / Phone / Instant Messaging
- Support tickets management
- Escalation to level 2 support when required
- Support issues follow-up
- Maintaining an Event-Works FAQ with most common support requests
Documentation
- Maintains Event-Works documentation and support material up to date
Event data management
- Creation / Setup of events on behalf of client
Office administration
- Supplier communication
- Office administration
Skills and competences
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Languages: Perfect English. Other languages (French in priority) are a plus
- Experience in event management, travel, tourism or hospitality are a plus
- Organizational and time-management skills
