Customer Support Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Assistant to join our BPO department. Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for client support through performing various types of client’s tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relations through various channels: Phone, email, text, social media, live chat, etc.
• Improve upon our written systems and process manuals
• Schedule appointments
• Create basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)
• Provide new suggestions for the company
• Research and personal assistant tasks

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• German is a big plus
• Customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to learn quickly and multitasking
• Ability to meet deadlines
