Our sales team works within two CRMs – Outreach and Salesforce. The job of Sales Operations Admin is to make sure that the environment in which the team works, meets the team’s needs and helping to adjust the workflow from the technical perspective.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Troubleshooting
· Maintaining the flow of the activity statistics
· Executing additional tasks that involve a technical mindset.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Familiar with Salesforce and Outreach or any other CRM platform and understand the needs of the sales process (tracking activity, populating needed statistics, etc…)
· Thinks creatively and independently to tackle challenges, solve problems and get results
· Is detail and process-oriented; always looking for new ways to better understand and improve upon team projects and processes
· English level – upper intermediate, ability to clearly express your thoughts and in understanding others
Conditions
· Work from home (remote)
· Working hours: 15:30-24:00 Kyiv time
