DiPocket Limited, a fintech company with more than 80 employees in four locations: UK, Poland, Ukraine and Lithuania, is looking for Customer Service Representatives who speaks fluent Polish and English languages to join our Kyiv based team (remote position is also possible).
Main goal of the position: provide 1st line support to customers on registering in the apps and using payment solutions

Your responsibilities will include
- Ensuring excellent service standards and customer experience
- On-boarding of customers based on the Company's due diligence requirements (verification of personal data and documents)
- Handling and resolving mobile applications and product usage queries (payment cards, money transfers)
- Dealing directly with Customers by telephone and email
- Escalating requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate team members
- Keeping records of any interaction with Customers
- Following communication procedures and policies
Your profile
- Friendly, positive and organized person excited to help Customers
- Polish and English language skills (upper intermediate level and higher)
- Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Basic MS Office software skills
- Experience within a call center or customer support is an advantage but not necessary
- Flexible in terms of working hours (3 shifts, 24/7, maximum of 40 hours per week, ability to work at night shifts)
- Minimum secondary education degree
