Marketing manager in automotive business

SUBARU UKRAINE LLC, a multinational automotive company, is announcing the recruitment of a Marketing manager position.

Main responsibilities:

• Overseeing the social media strategy for the company;
• Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness;
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints;
• Regularly review all current social media communities and corporate sites to ensure they are in perfect working order at all times;
• Planning, maintaining, and reporting of dealer marketing activities;
• Work with the rest of the marketing team to gather all campaign details, promotions, and creativity; ensure all campaigns go live in an accurate and timely manner. Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned;
• Improving and managing the company website;
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data;
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing;
• Other general duties as determined by the General Manager.

Main requirements:

• 1+ years of professional experience in the same position or in digital marketing;
• university degree;
• knowledge of digital marketing, ability to create an advertising campaign - Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, DoublClick, etc.;
• knowledge of SMM;
• ability to write promotional and teaser articles;
• MS Office - medium level and higher (Excel: summary tables, graphs, formulas, etc.; PowerPoint: presentations, etc.)
• ability to use photo and video editors
• English - Intermediate (writing, speaking);
• proactive, result-oriented professional, responsible;
• analytical skills and at the same time creativity;
• good communication skills, sociability, and cooperation.
