Recruitment Researcher

We are looking for a Recruitment Researcher to join our professional Recruitment team in Kyiv!

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good spoken and written English
• Higher Education
• Analytical and problem — solving skills
• Ability to manage own time and prioritize tasks
• Strong desire to work in an IT environment and grow as a Recruitment Specialist 

Would be a plus:

• Experience in a similar position in an IT company/agency/as a freelancer
• Knowledge of some searching tools/platforms

Responsibilities: 

• Sourcing candidates by using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, Stackoverflow, Github, AmazingHiring, etc.) and search techniques (X-Ray, Boolean search, and more)
• Reviewing and screening CVs according to vacancy requirements
• Working closely with Recruiters by participating in daily sync-ups to discuss recruitment priorities, share new ideas/improvements on how to find the best talents
• Working with ATS to manage and track all candidate interactions daily
• Job market research
