Senior SEO/SEM specialist

LTS Company is hiring a Senior SEO/SEM Specialist! 

Primary Role of a Senior SEO/SEM specialist: 

• Our candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies. 
• Manage all SEM campaigns on Google to maximize ROI.
• Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance. 
• Coordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing, and other activities. 
• Implementing link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on Google.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns;
2. Track, report, analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns;
3. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget;
4. Perform keyword research, expansion, and optimization;
5. Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations;
6. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords;
7. Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects. 
8. Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends;

General Requirements:

1. 5 + years of verifiable SEO experience with proven projects;
2. Verifiable SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google;
3. Deep knowledge of HTML & CSS; 
4. Strong knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms; 
5. Experience with SEO reporting by using relevant tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends); 
6. Experience in forming and executing an SEO strategy based on research; 
7. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM;
8. Updating website content, writing blog posts, and craft catchy copy for social media and email to fulfill the multichannel marketing - will be a Plus!

Additional requirements:

1. C-1/ C-2 levels of both written and spoken English language are required; 
2. Must be citizens of Ukraine;
3. Preferable registration in L'vivs'ka oblast' region but other country regions could be considered too;
4. Higher education is optional;
5. Could work according to the US time zone, which is from 12:00 to 22:00 by Ukrainian time;
6. Be able to work weekdays (Monday - Friday).
