KONTORA coworking looks for a perfect candidate to the role of 

Front Desk Administrator in order to maintain such duties as greeting guests, making appointments, developing schedules, answering to customer inquiries, handling correspondence, doing paperwork, servicing with kitchen staff, supporting customers and maintaining a professional image.

Requirements:

The ideal receptionist is a customer’s first point of contact, very organized person. Based skills:

  • Written and verbal communication skills (English & Ukrainian).
  • Customer service.
  • Multitasking and prioritizing.
  • Dependability.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.

What we offer:

We offer well paid work in the new coworking space in the heart of the city with our friendly team. Shifts from 6 to 14 hours / day (not more than 48 working hours / week).
