Personal assistant / Office manager
Lexico Telecom invites candidates willing to become personal assistant of COO/ office manager and join our multinational team. Lexico Telecom has been on the telecommunications market for 15 years and is a stable and successful telecom player. At the moment we are represented in 3 cities of Ukraine: Odessa, Nikolaev, Kiev and in Istanbul, Turkey with 80+ employees overall.
About the position:
A Personal Assistant supports The COO in their daily professional and personal life. The duties for this role include tasks like screening phone calls, responding to emails, running errands, scheduling appointments, arranging travel and conferences, preparing documents, invoices etc
Your role as an office manager is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication , maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs.

What we require:
Higher education
Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
At least Upper-Intermediate English
Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
High-level self-organization skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines
Attention to details
Well-developed communication skills - timely and accurately handle correspondence and e-mails, efficiently communicates in person
