Description

Our company is seeking a Technical Recruiter and Researcher to join our accomplished US Recruiting team based in USA! Be part of an IT recruiting team to source and identify contract and permanent IT resources for top clients across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT(Information Technology)candidates by using databases, social media, job boards.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications against job requirements
• Ability to conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Take detailed notes in our ATS and provide excellent submittal and/or sourcing “notes”.
• Be part of a team responsible for building and delivering on IT business

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) or the ability to learn the IT industry as a sourcer, and develop into a recruiter
• Experience conducting business using a computer and the ability to learn various ATS and CRM systems
• Team player, team mentality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal oriented; meeting deadlines, production goals and activity targets
