Affiliate Manager

Intro

This exciting new role is available as we look to recruit an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team. You will oversee many affiliate accounts and build relationships with key partners across the world. You will be expected to monitor performance and optimize accounts to ensure targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing new affiliate accounts and ensuring that all tracking is in place and working correctly to enable full optimisation of accounts.
• Responsible for and targeted on performance of affiliates.
• Connect with affiliate partners daily
• Implement strategies to increase quality and yield from affiliates
• Participate in industry events and keep updated on industry trends
• Identify and cultivate top affiliates and develop incentive programs
• Proven track record of successfully handling key accounts
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Report to the Senior Affiliate Manager.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years account management experience within the iGaming industry
• Experience with multiple markets is an advantage
• Proven track record of successfully handling key accounts
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of affiliation systems
• Possesses strong sales and negotiation skills
• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Has drive and ambition to build something from ground up and really make a difference
• Strong written and spoken English essential
