About:

We coordinate projects with our dedicated development teams due to the productive collaboration between our Project/Account Managers, Recruiters and foreign customers.
You are going to do full-cycle recruiting activities, working with a variety of IT job vacancies from Web to AI directions.

Responsibilities:

• Providing a full-cycle of the recruitment process;
• Drawing up requirements for vacancies;
• Searching and selection of IT specialists using different search channels;
• Interviewing the candidates with Project/Account Managers and technical specialists;
• Offering suitable candidates.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of IT recruiting experience;
• Understanding of software development process, technologies, and methodologies;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills;
• Strong claim management skills;
• Intermediate English level or higher;
• Good sense of humor and a desire to work in a team
