Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for cash-in and cash-out process in Decathlon Ukraine.

• You ensure the control of the risks and the financial flows.

• You are responsible for the cash flow forecast of the country (direct / indirect).

• You optimize the company’s working capital needs and guaranty optimal financing for Decathlon Ukraine.

• You ensure the right hedging level for the company’s operation.

• You put in place the best organization to make our processes efficient, secure and simple.

• You lead efficiency projects (cashing-up and others).

• You are a business partner for specific controlling activities.

WHO ARE YOU

- You have at least 3 years of experience in audit or treasury

- You love sport and the spirit of the sport: the game, the rules, the strategy, the victory and the pleasure of all!

- You love to work as a team, not as an alone specialist. You love freedom and responsibility.

- You are a reference in organization, able to be precise, meticulous and prioritize any task under stress.

- You have a pioneer-startup mindset, agile and flexible.

- You are focused on the “why” and not on the “how”. You are not afraid of giving your confidence.

- You are Russian/Ukrainian speaker and advanced in English (French would be a +).
