CRM maanger
Purpose of the role:
The CRM Executive is responsible for executing the CRM Strategy to increase customer lifetime value across All products. The role will be responsible for helping to grow the CRM programme across multiple markets, across all stages of the customer lifecycle. It will also involve collaborating cross functionally with Trading, Country Management, Acquisition, Product, Creative and Technology teams as part of an aligned regional strategy. This role revolves around the use technology and data to improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.
You will be responsible for:
Meeting customer requirements across all CRM product
Measuring, reporting and optimizing all CRM activities within the product
Coordinate and carry out both the event/calendar focused and lifecycle CRM calendars
Ensure all promotions and communications are aligned to business value
Implement personalization strategies based on a data driven approach
Troubleshooting of issues working closely with the customer support team
Liaising with other key stakeholders

You will be/have:
Fluent English
Passion and knowledge of CRM methodologies
Strong numerical skills
Experience creating and delivering promotional campaigns that increase revenue and improve customer retention
Ability to analyze large amounts of data quickly and accurately
