Training and Development Specialist

Allseeds Group, one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of vegetable oils and meals in Ukraine which owns a cutting-edge multiseeds Oilseed Processing Plant in Ukraine’s deepest water port Pivdennyi open the new position of Training and Development Specialist.

Functional responsibilities:

• Assess the learning and development needs of the organization.
• Create and lead development programs.
• Develop individual development plans for key employees.
• Implements metrics to assess training programs and employees' training performance.
• Conducting internal training.
• Manage external training providers of the required programs.
• Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Prepare Annual Training Plan and Budget for each financial year.
• Monitor the training budgets for implementation and control.
  

Our expectations:

• Higher education in human resources or related fields.
•  3+ years of experience in the training and development field.
• Good understanding of training practice and learning psychology in a large organizational environment.
• Proficiency in using MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Project and change management skills.
• Ability to introduce modern learning experiences and best practices.
• Excellent planning skills (ability to create learning plans and activities).
• Advanced organization skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
• Ability to develop L&D policies, describe and communicate training activities.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel (Ukraine).
