Diceus (www.diceus.com ) is looking for IT Researcher (Intern), a persistent and result-oriented person who is passionate about recruiting.
Requirements:
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Understanding of general recruitment process
- At least basic understanding of programming languages/technologies
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and develop
- English - Intermediate or higher
Responsibilities:
- Search for wide range of IT professionals (engineers, testers, developers, and architects) as well as non-technical corporate roles;
- Search for talents using several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, internal database);
- Create a wide Talent pool and updating CV search database;
- Prescreen and present appropriate candidates to the Recruiters;
- Search for customers using all useful channels (LinkedIn, internal database and etc.);
- Work closely with the Recruitment and HR team.
